And now to what purpose and what personal data we process:

We process your personal data for the purpose of concluding and properly fulfilling the obligations arising from the accommodation contract concluded between you, as a guest, and the accommodation provider. We obtain this personal data directly from you, either by telephone or by e-mail when making reservations. In order to provide you with our services, we need to know your identifying information (name, surname, date of birth, permanent address, ID number) and contact details (telephone number, e-mail address, delivery address, if applicable). In the event that you provide us with your personal data and the contract is not subsequently concluded and the actual accommodation does not take place, we no longer store your personal data. We only process your personal data for the necessary period of time and for the purpose of exercising our rights and fulfilling our obligations, and we do not process any other personal data that we do not necessarily need.

We will retain or process the above personal data not only for the duration of your stay, but also until the end of the claim period or the period within which any claims related to the services provided may be made or enforced.

Although providing personal data is entirely voluntary, it is also a condition for entering into a contract for accommodation and our related services - without your personal data we cannot enter into a contract or provide you with accommodation. At the same time, we inform you that if you provide your personal data, we will not process it for any purpose other than that described above.

We will not transfer your personal data outside the EU or to any international organisation under any circumstances, nor do we plan to do so in the future.

As a data subject, i.e. a natural person about whom personal data is processed, you naturally have a number of rights in relation to your personal data, the exercise of which we want to make as easy as possible for you. These rights include:

Right of access to your personal data - this means that you have the right to ask us to provide you with information about what personal data we process about you.
Right to rectification of personal data - this means that you have the right to have the personal data we process for the above purposes accurate, up-to-date, complete. Should you find that this is not the case, please ask for it to be corrected or updated - we will rectify it immediately!
Right to erasure (also known as the right to be forgotten) - this means that we are obliged to erase if we have been processing personal data for longer than the time period set out above, or if we do not have a valid legal basis for such processing. We also advise that we cannot carry out erasure where the processing is carried out for the performance of a contract or legal obligation, even if you request it - in which case we will inform you of this within one month, stating the reason.
Right to request restriction of processing - this means that you have the right to have us restrict the processing of your personal data if you contest the accuracy of your personal data, or the processing of your personal data is unlawful and the erasure has not been carried out at the same time, or you have objected to the processing - in which case we will carry out the restriction, which will last until we have assessed its legitimacy.
Right to object - this means that you are entitled to object where processing is carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest. If you raise an objection in connection with the sending of a commercial communication, we will always comply with this. Unless we can demonstrate that our legitimate grounds for processing your personal data outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, we will no longer process your personal data.
Right to withdraw consent to processing - this means that you are entitled to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data at any time where your consent is required (e.g. sending commercial communications).
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - this means that you are entitled to contact the supervisory authority, which is the Data Protection Authority, in the event of our inaction lasting more than one month and lodge a complaint.

You can exercise all the rights described above electronically, we need to be sure that it is really you. In this case, you can send your request to the email address slnecnydomujazera@gmail.com and affix a valid electronic signature to the email, which is sufficient proof for us of the identity of the applicant.

In the event that we are not 100% certain of your identity, we are entitled (and ultimately, to maintain maximum protection, obliged) to ask you to provide additional information to confirm your identity.
