The house is suitable for six adults, an extra bed is also available. A cot is available for children up to three years old, and a smaller pull-out bed is available for children up to ten years old. Minimum stay two nights.

Comfortable sleep on the first floor

In the upper part of the house you will find three bedrooms, in two of the bedrooms there is a comfortable double bed with a view of the lake, the third bedroom has a bunk bed (lower bed 120cm) - the upper bed is a single bed, under the bed there is a pull-out bed for a child, so this room can easily fit four children or two adults.

There is also a bathroom with massage bath and a separate toilet on the first floor.

On the ground floor there is a large living area with a sofa bed (suitable for two people), a large dining table with eight chairs. Of course, there is a fully equipped, modern kitchen with appliances and coffee machine.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. A washing machine is available.

This house is designed for relaxation and spending time together with your loved ones, so there is no TV in the house, but you have dozens of board games at your disposal.

Equipment for every occasion

You will appreciate the seating area and two different barbecues (Weber briquette and Open Fire) in the garden. The seating area right next to the house is for afternoon coffee, where you are protected from the harsh sun by a adjustable bioclimatic pergola.

On the upper terrace you will have a lovely breakfast at sunrise and dinner at the grill at sunset.
